Staff, clean I was planning to get there around midnight and informed them. We had an exhibition in Köln and planned to sleep some hours in this hotel and continue to drive. We got there later around 1:30 am and exactly that night the winter time changed to summer time. So it was 2:30 am. There was a shift change happening and the gentleman was trying to explain me. I could not understand and it was a bit stressful situation. Anyway the kind gentleman together with another person from a distance location solved the problem. Minor suggestions: Maybe English language can be a bit developed to communicate with international guests. Though with today translators it is not difficult to communicate and we did. The height of entrance to the parking worth to be mentioned.

The staff were very helpful and nice. The room was generally quite tidy and the checking in and checking out process was quick and easy. I was offered breakfast, but didnt have time but was able to get a coffee before I left.

Location was good, 5 min walk to station with train passing every 1 hour exactly at same time, in 20 minites you are in Dortmund central ststion. Big grocery store near and small souvenir shops.
